1. To save you time and money
2. Help you equip your staff
3. To build a community of mentors

1. To save you time and money
Trying to find the right support for your children can be very time consuming, and when you find the help it can cost you a lot of money for temporary care. Sometimes to keep costs down, you might have tried to create your own resources and spent valuable time doing it. We want to share our resources with you so that you save that time while keeping costs low, so you can focus on what is truly important: the children and young people.

2. Help you equip your staff:
Listen Up Mentor knows that mentoring can be a very emotional job. Your well-being is very important to us and those you work with. Keeping this in mind, we aim to support you with one to one supervisions.

3. To build a community of mentors:
We hope to find like-minded people who understand where we are coming from. We believe that every young person should be listened to. This site aims to create a mentoring community, where they can share their trials and successes. We can support each other and help everyone grow! Let us be a mentoring community.

GETTING STARTED

At Listen Up, we know what exceptional mentoring looks like; we also know we have to go the extra mile to support our children and young people.

We offer a wide range of resources to get you ready to start changing lives. We are continually striving to make your experience in this role less daunting and time-consuming. With help from our 'resource bank', you can confidently mentor children and young people in many different settings: either in school or at home.

The 'Session Sheets' button will take you to an example session sheet which will show you the standard of our resources. Once you have become part of our 'Community of Mentors' the logo watermark (the ear) will disappear.
